Associate Applied Value Engineer - Orbit Program
Build and demonstrate AI-powered Celonis solutions for strategic customers, from discovery and rapid prototyping through Proof-of-Value delivery and adoption. The role suits a STEM graduate with Python and machine-learning knowledge, strong communication skills, and fluency in English plus a Nordic language.

Responsibilities
- Understand customers’ AI strategies and business-critical challenges; translate requirements into Celonis Process Intelligence solutions.
- Rapidly build AI prototypes for customer hackathons using current AI technologies.
- Enable customers to achieve ROI from AI deployments at scale, including autonomous AI agents powered by Process Intelligence.
- Execute end-to-end Proof-of-Value projects and align solutions with customer AI strategies.
- Develop expertise in selected business domains or industries.
- Present and quantify strategic business value to senior executives.
- Remain engaged through agreed adoption and value-realization thresholds.
- Create reusable collateral, best practices, and tools for the Global Value Engineering Center of Excellence.
- Participate in the 12-month Orbit Graduate program, including onboarding, mentoring, customer engagements, and training.
Requirements
- Degree in Engineering, Data Analytics or Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related STEM field.
- Excellent academic performance.
- Extensive internship experience or 1–2 years of full-time work experience, ideally combining business and technology.
- Understanding of generative AI techniques including RAG, few-shot learning, prompt/context engineering, multi-agent orchestration, multimodal understanding, or fine-tuning.
- Good knowledge of Python, common machine-learning libraries, and data-engineering technologies.
- Strong analytical, creative problem-solving, communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
- Customer-centric mindset, proactive approach, curiosity, self-motivation, and commitment to continuous learning.
- Fluency in English and at least one Nordic language, such as Finnish, Danish, Norwegian, or Swedish.
- Foundational business acumen and domain understanding, such as supply chain.
Nice-to-haves
- Combined technical and business education.
- Customer-facing, customer success, service, or sales experience.
- Experience with technical proof-of-concept projects.
- Experience building agentic systems using LLM orchestration, RAG, function calling, and prompt engineering.
- LangChain, LlamaIndex, or other open-source LLM ecosystem tools.
- Supply chain experience in procurement, order management, inventory management, or production.
- ROI and TCO modeling for business-case justification.
- SAP or Oracle ERP experience.
