Client Solutions Analyst Intern
Post-graduate analyst in an 18-month cohort program who supports clients, analyzes financial data, and helps design and implement Addepar solutions. The role requires strong finance and technology aptitude, analytical problem-solving, and effective cross-functional communication.

Responsibilities
- Design and oversee onboarding solutions for new clients using the Addepar platform.
- Provide hands-on support to identify, respond to, and resolve client issues and questions.
- Analyze complex datasets to identify and resolve data and calculation discrepancies.
- Collaborate with R&D teams on root-cause analysis and with Product and Account Management to maintain client satisfaction.
- Provide functional and conceptual instruction to help clients use Addepar effectively.
- Learn to design solutions and execute project implementations through rotations in the Services organization.
- Work cross-functionally to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.
- Prioritize and context-switch across simultaneous projects.
- Improve processes and standard methodologies as the platform expands.
- Communicate proactively and professionally with clients.
- Report project health and status to internal and external senior leadership.
Requirements
- Post-graduate candidate eligible to join an 18-month development program.
- Strong understanding of finance and technology, or willingness and ability to learn target markets.
- Analytical, consulting, problem-solving, and client-service skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with Sales, Product, Partnerships, R&D, and Account Management teams.
- Ability to manage complex data and multiple projects effectively.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship.
Compensation
- Starting base salary of $68,000, plus bonus, equity, and benefits.
