Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
- Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing engineering organization dedicated to the Institutional segment.
- Establish clear engineering goals, operational metrics, and delivery standards aligned with company objectives.
- Create a high-performing engineering culture.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Design leadership to drive company strategy across engineering organizations.
- Drive the technical vision, coordination, and delivery across products and solutions within the Institutional segment.
Technology & Product Delivery
- Partner with Product Management, Design, and GTM to define, prioritize, and execute product roadmaps.
- Implement robust Agile software development practices to ensure predictable, high-quality, and timely releases.
- Guide architectural decisions for scalable, secure, and resilient system design suitable for institutional security and compliance standards.
- Champion engineering best practices, including automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and robust monitoring and observability platforms.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- 8+ years of engineering leadership experience managing managers, architects, and software engineers.
- Proven experience delivering enterprise or institutional software platforms with stringent security, regulatory, and uptime requirements.
- Deep familiarity with modern cloud architecture, microservices, API design, data pipelines, and enterprise security frameworks.
- 5+ years of experience with financial risk frameworks and asset management in a SaaS environment or financial institutions.
