Responsibilities
- Create novel interfaces for GenAI agents that manage complex workflows while keeping the human in the loop through inspectability and transparency
- Partner with product management, design, and engineering teams to build intuitive, scalable, and extensible solutions
- Lead hands-on full-stack software development to create dynamic, user-centric experiences
- Enable mechanisms for product-led growth through seamless onboarding and sharing
- Direct the future of intuitive agentic applications in collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Define and drive strategy for end-to-end AI feature development with scalable, reliable systems
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js/Ember)
- 10+ years of experience with server-side web technologies (e.g., Node.js, Java, Python, Scala, C#, C++, Go)
- Proven experience building and shipping end-to-end generative AI products with significant UI/UX component
- Deep familiarity with LLMs and generative AI, including RAG, prompt design, evaluation, and monitoring AI quality/safety in production
- Demonstrated product mindset to translate ambiguous problems into MVPs and iterate based on data/feedback
- High ownership and bias for action in 0→1 environments
- Strong collaboration across product, engineering, and design teams
