Responsibilities
- Build and maintain recruiting dashboards, reports, and recurring business reviews, using AI where appropriate.
- Analyze recruiting funnel, pipeline, capacity, and performance data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
- Translate stakeholder needs into clear requirements for process, reporting, and system enhancements.
- Establish data quality checks, documentation, and governance practices across recruiting systems.
- Independently manage cross-functional projects from planning through implementation and measurement.
- Present findings and recommendations to Recruiting leaders and business partners.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, recruiting operations, people analytics, business analysis, or a related function.
- Hands-on, AI-native experience using AI tools to improve analysis, automate workflows, and solve business problems.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems, HRIS platforms, and recruiting data.
- Strong analytical skills, including interpreting trends, identifying root causes, and recommending practical solutions.
- Experience building reports or dashboards with spreadsheets, business intelligence tools, or similar technologies.
- Ability to manage multiple projects independently and meet deadlines.
- Clear written and verbal communication, strong attention to detail, and discretion when handling sensitive information.

- Experience with Greenhouse and Workday.
