CVAT Annotation Intern
Remote internship focused on annotating image datasets in CVAT for robotics and physical AI applications. The intern will perform quality checks, collaborate with AI/ML teams, and improve annotation workflows; the role is a six-month contract-to-hire opportunity.

Responsibilities
- Annotate and label objects, regions, and features in images using CVAT.
- Apply bounding boxes, polygons, and segmentation masks accurately.
- Maintain organized records and document annotation updates.
- Perform quality-control checks and review other annotators’ work when required.
- Collaborate with AI/ML teams to improve dataset quality and develop new dataset types.
- Suggest improvements to annotation guidelines and workflows.
- Meet project deadlines and deliver high-quality annotated data.
- Communicate challenges and share best practices with project leads and team members.
Requirements
- Practical experience with data annotation for real-world AI applications.
- Ability to learn and apply image annotation techniques.
- Willingness to develop proficiency in human-in-the-loop annotation workflows.
