The OTE range for candidates within the Greater Chicago Area is $247,900 - $296,055. Actual base pay will depend on a variety of factors such as education, skills, experience, location, etc.

Lead and coach a team of 7+ SMB Account Executives selling $10K–$50K ARR deals in a high-volume PLG environment. Drive pipeline conversion, build repeatable sales playbooks, and partner cross-functionally to optimize funnel efficiency.
Lead and coach a team of SMB Account Managers to achieve quota attainment, develop talent, and drive performance through hands-on management and process improvement.
Manages existing customer accounts to drive expansion, retention, and revenue growth through proactive opportunity identification, full sales cycle execution, and cross-team collaboration. Requires 2-5 years B2B SaaS sales experience with $25k-$250k ARR deals.
Own renewals, expansions, and upsells for enterprise public sector customers at Starbridge. Build C-suite relationships, run QBRs, and drive NRR as a founding Account Manager in AI-powered GTM software. Requires 2-3 years CSM/Account Management experience with proven NRR success.
