About the role

What You’ll Do

  • Own revenue retention: Drive renewals, expansions, and upsells across the entire customer base with net revenue retention (NRR) as the primary KPI.
  • Lead executive relationships: Serve as the day-to-day strategic partner for enterprise clients, building trust and alignment at the C-suite level.
  • Conduct quarterly business reviews: Facilitate strategic sessions aligning customer objectives with Starbridge’s platform capabilities and roadmap.
  • Partner cross-functionally: Work closely with Customer Success Managers to ensure seamless experiences and identify growth opportunities.
  • Drive strategic alignment: Ensure customers’ go-to-market strategies are optimally supported by Starbridge’s evolving platform.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of proven CSM or Account Management success with a strong track record of exceeding NRR targets.
  • Experience owning renewals and upsells, ideally at a B2B SaaS company.
  • Command executive presence: Ability to lead strategic discussions with senior executives.
  • Fascination with AI’s impact on GTM and excitement about its evolution in sales and marketing.
  • Thrive in ambiguity: Comfortable building processes from the ground up and wearing multiple hats as a founding hire.
