Responsibilities
- Own the partner enablement operating model, including planning cadences, governance mechanisms, and execution frameworks.
- Run QBRs, MBRs, and executive reviews using metrics and forward-looking insights to drive accountability and decisions.
- Lead end-to-end execution of partner enablement initiatives across functions and regions.
- Build dashboards and operating reviews covering partner engagement, program performance, risks, and intervention areas.
- Resolve cross-regional operational issues and convert recurring issues into structural improvements.
- Design scalable workflows, SOPs, SLAs, and intake mechanisms to improve consistency and reduce manual effort.
- Introduce AI-enabled and automation-first workflows for intake, reporting, support, certification, and partner operations.
- Collaborate with Partner, Learning and Enablement, Professional Services, and other cross-functional teams.
- Scale operational innovations across the broader operations organization.
- Establish ownership models, decision rights, and governance guardrails for regional execution.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Learning Operations, Program Management, Professional Services Operations, or a related operational leadership field in a high-growth technology environment.
- Experience supporting global or multi-region teams and translating strategy into executable operating plans.
- Experience with operating cadence, forecasting, planning, and execution frameworks in complex, matrixed environments.
- Strong analytical capability, executive communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience improving processes and workflows through automation or AI-enabled solutions.
- Ability to work independently across time zones and in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
- Flexibility to work late hours to accommodate AMER-based stakeholders.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience in partner enablement, customer education, learning operations, or training operations.
- Experience working with System Integrators (SIs) and ISVs.
- Fluency with AI tools, workflow automation, and analytics platforms.
- Commercial and operational acumen, including utilization, forecasting, partner spend, margin, or RevOps-aligned execution.
- Experience in highly matrixed international environments.
- Experience in the Data & AI space and familiarity with Databricks platform capabilities.
