Enterprise Solutions Consultant
The Enterprise Solutions Consultant will support large enterprise deals by demonstrating Figma’s platform, addressing technical, IT, and security concerns, and scaling presales programs. The role requires 8+ years of professional experience, including 4+ years in SaaS sales engineering or solution consulting.

Responsibilities
- Present the Figma Platform vision and demonstrate how customers can realize its value.
- Explain Figma’s technology to engineering and product audiences and show how it accelerates digital product delivery.
- Identify market trends and influence product opportunities.
- Own customer IT and security relationships throughout the deal cycle, including security questionnaires, RFIs, RFPs, identity, and enterprise questions.
- Address customer concerns about data access and collaborate with product and legal teams to resolve findings.
- Design and scale technical sales efforts and facilitate collaboration among customers, sales, and product teams.
- Create content for customers and internal partners about the Figma platform.
Requirements
- 8+ years of professional experience.
- 4+ years of sales engineering or solution consulting experience in a SaaS organization.
- Ability to adapt to new technologies and learn independently.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, including product demonstrations.
- Familiarity with the enterprise SaaS ecosystem.
- Experience positioning technology in presales and implementing technology post-sales.
- Front-end development experience and familiarity with enterprise DevOps tools.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience using or working with Figma.
- UX/UI experience.
- Experience using AI to convert Figma designs to code.
Compensation and benefits
- Full-time role based in Figma’s Bengaluru, India office.
- In-person onboarding is required if hired.
