Staff Software Engineer - Fullstack
Build scalable, customer-focused data and AI products across the full stack, spanning user experience, frontend architecture, server-side technologies, cloud platforms, and distributed systems. The role requires extensive experience with web technologies and modern JavaScript frameworks.

Responsibilities
- Build robust, scalable, and delightful products that make insights from data simple.
- Work with the team and product management across the full scope of product and user experience.
- Deliver customer value through incremental product improvements toward a multi-year vision.
- Contribute to products involving large-scale log analytics, AI-powered business intelligence, governed business semantics, distributed systems, data modeling, Databricks Apps, application runtimes, networking, and AI agents.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Passion for user experience and design, with a deep understanding of front-end architecture.
- Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks such as React, Angular, Vue.js, or Ember.
- 10+ years of experience with server-side web technologies such as Node.js, Java, Python, Scala, C#, C++, or Go.
- Good knowledge of SQL.
- Experience with cloud technologies such as AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, Docker, or Kubernetes.
- Experience developing large-scale distributed systems.
Compensation
- Canada pay range: $173,400–$238,350 CAD.
- Total compensation may also include an annual performance bonus, equity, and benefits.
