Regional Director, Sales
Leads Mixpanel’s UKI enterprise sales organization, building a repeatable vertical go-to-market motion, managing quota and forecasting, and coaching enterprise sellers. The role requires extensive enterprise SaaS leadership, complex-deal experience, and familiarity with UK and Israel markets.

Responsibilities
- Design the enterprise GTM strategy for UK & Israel, including the shift toward a vertical coverage model, and build repeatable sales processes and territory strategy.
- Own quota attainment and forecast accuracy across the team, supported by pipeline health and win-rate discipline.
- Partner directly with Account Executives on large, multi-threaded opportunities, orchestrating executive engagement and serving as the escalation point for strategic accounts.
- Recruit and coach enterprise sellers at every career stage, and codify successful practices into reusable playbooks.
- Align with Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, Marketing, and Partnerships, and represent UK & Israel’s needs in global and EMEA planning.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in enterprise SaaS sales, including several years leading teams with representatives at multiple career levels.
- Track record of leading complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals with large contract values.
- Direct experience building or scaling an enterprise or vertical sales motion.
- Strong command of enterprise forecasting, pipeline inspection, and revenue governance.
- Demonstrated ability to hire and develop sellers at different career stages and adapt coaching style accordingly.
- Executive presence and ability to engage credibly at the C-level.
- Comfort with ambiguity and sound judgment when operating without complete information.
- Experience working in or with UK and Israel markets, or comparable international markets.
- Direct, clear communication style that surfaces problems early.
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience in analytics, data, MarTech, product analytics, or an adjacent SaaS category.
- Experience operating inside a US-headquartered global organization.
- Exposure to high-growth or early-stage enterprise sales environments.
- Additional language skills relevant to the UK or Israel markets.
