Responsibilities
- Own Paid Social: Lead strategy, execution, and scaling across Meta, YouTube, TikTok, and emerging channels. Manage campaigns end-to-end and drive performance against CPA, LTV/CAC, and ROAS targets.
- Drive Creative-Led Growth: Rapidly test and iterate on UGC, video, and static ads. Partner cross-functionally to turn performance insights into high-performing assets while staying within brand guidelines.
- Build AI-Native Workflows: Leverage AI across creative, testing, and analysis to move faster, automate workflows, and scale what works. Help define what a modern, AI-native growth stack looks like.
- Experiment and Scale: Run structured, high-velocity experiments across audiences, creatives, and funnels—quickly turning insights into action. Go deep on performance data to identify scaling opportunities and inefficiencies.
- Grow Affiliate/Creator/Influencer Channels: Build and scale partnerships across influencers, publishers, and communities, owning the lifecycle from sourcing to optimization.
- Optimize the Full Funnel: Improve landing pages, messaging, and conversion flows—driving impact beyond conversions.
Requirements
- 7+ years in growth, performance marketing, or user acquisition
- Minimum of a BA in Economics/Business or a BS in Math, Computer Science, Statistics, or another engineering discipline
- Experience managing and scaling paid social channels with at least a 6-figure monthly budget per channel
- Comfortable being in the weeds daily: launching campaigns, pulling data, and iterating on creatives
- Strong analytical foundation (CAC, LTV, retention, incrementality) paired with strong creative instincts (what makes ads convert)
- Already using AI tools in your workflow and excited to push the edge of what AI can do in growth marketing
- Experience with analytics tools such as Amplitude, HubSpot, Appsflyer, Google Analytics, etc.
- Strong understanding of attribution, tracking, and measurement (GTM, MMPs, pixels)
- Experience in fast-growing PLG or subscription businesses with LTV/CAC-focused acquisition is a plus
Compensation
- Salary Range: $150,000 to $170,000 USD per year
