Responsibilities
- Lead C-suite conversations to increase revenue and grow strategic partnerships.
- Lead account planning aligned with brand and Lyft resources to maximize opportunities.
- Grow revenue, educate clients, lead strategic conversations, and navigate complex relationships.
- Manage expertise across the book of business, including escalation and troubleshooting of client issues.
- Educate clients on products and provide product updates and recommendations.
- Collaborate with external clients, internal stakeholders, the Lyft Media sales team, and vendors.
- Create compelling media packages and custom offerings to close new business.
- Build and manage sales pipelines while achieving quarterly revenue goals.
- Independently identify sales opportunities, schedule meetings, and cross-sell Lyft Media advertising offerings.
Requirements
- 10+ years of relevant business development, sales, and/or partnerships experience.
- Successful closing-sales experience with media agencies and direct clients.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
- Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets and goals.
- Team-oriented mindset and ability to work with a wide range of individuals.
- Ability to work independently across major sales functions.
- Ability to lead as the team grows and evolves.
- Strong strategic selling skills and deep customer relationships.
- Experience scaling a digital advertising business from the ground up.
- Understanding of tools, solutions, processes, and systems within a media sales organization.
Compensation and Benefits
- Base pay range: $143,000–$178,750 annually in the Los Angeles metro area.
