Responsibilities
- Drive new customer and partner revenue goals and grow the company’s enterprise footprint.
- Collaborate with marketing, customer success, alliances, operations, and analytics to generate pipeline and exceed revenue targets.
- Accelerate enterprise adoption through value-driven sales cycles.
- Lead discovery, understand enterprise data challenges, identify required capabilities, and align engagements to long-term business outcomes.
- Present the company’s vision to audiences ranging from C-level executives to individual contributors.
- Land new enterprise accounts and expand existing footprints through use cases, cross-sells, and expansions.
- Build strategic partner relationships to identify opportunities and accelerate deal cycles.
- Forecast accurately and manage opportunity progression and sales performance visibility.
Requirements
- 8+ years of large enterprise software sales experience.
- Strong pattern recognition for navigating complex organizations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience holding multiple stakeholders accountable throughout complex, value-driven sales cycles.
- Familiarity with the modern data technology industry and its key players.
- Experience with solution-based selling and complex sales processes.
- Excellent presentation, listening, organization, and contact-management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, changing environment.
- Strategic thinking, problem-solving, resilience, creativity, and resourcefulness.
- Enthusiasm, passion, and a proactive, can-do attitude.
- Must be based in California, United States.

Compensation and Benefits
- Base compensation: $137,048–$178,107.75 USD.
- On-target earnings: $274,096–$356,215.50 USD, excluding RSU value.
- Uncapped commission with a 50/50 split.
- RSU stock grants.
