Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end program management for large-scale or high-complexity Enterprise Technology and AI initiatives, including scope definition, roadmap development, resource planning, and delivery tracking.
- Define and communicate program success metrics; report status and risks to Enterprise Technology and AI leadership and escalate issues with recommended paths forward.
- Partner with business and technology stakeholders to understand problems, desired outcomes, and solution trade-offs.
- Facilitate cross-functional decision-making, resolve dependencies, and maintain momentum across distributed teams.
- Improve program governance frameworks, intake processes, and ways of working across the CIO organization.
- Translate complex technical and business requirements into actionable work plans for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Anticipate portfolio risks and interdependencies and proactively mitigate blockers.
- Contribute to a high-trust, async-first remote work culture.
Requirements
- 6+ years of program management experience delivering large, cross-functional Enterprise Technology and AI programs.
- Ability to simplify complex processes and structure ambiguous problems.
- Experience influencing without authority and aligning senior stakeholders across Finance, Legal, Sales, and Product.
- Ability to operate strategically while also executing hands-on program work.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including executive-level presentations of status, risks, and recommendations.
- Familiarity with enterprise IT domains such as business systems, data, AI, security, infrastructure, or enterprise architecture.
- Proficiency with program and project management tools and methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or SAFe.
- Experience working in a remote, globally distributed environment with async collaboration and clear documentation.
