Responsibilities
- Design, build, and deploy distributed services in a production environment
- Act as primary individual contributor on medium to large projects
- Debug complex issues and serve as a technical resource for peers
- Work with parallelized agent systems handling 10^5+ concurrent agents
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience as a software engineer
- Proven track record as primary contributor to multiple medium to large projects
- Experience designing and deploying distributed services in production
- Strong ability to convey complex concepts and facilitate technical discussions
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience with Go, Redis, PubSub, RPC, Postgres, S3, Temporal
Work Arrangement
- 5 days per week in-office in San Francisco
