Partnerships Manager
Partnerships Manager responsible for owning partner programs, campaigns, and relationships to scale the highest-revenue growth channel. Independently executes activations, events, enablement, and tracking to drive pipeline and revenue from partners. Requires 4-7 years in partnerships/BD with high-volume relationship experience.

What You'll Do
- Independently own engagement and activation of a portfolio of partners, including regular cadence, referrals accountability, and performance tracking.
- Plan and execute partner-led campaigns and programs end-to-end, including webinars, co-branded initiatives, events, contests, newsletters, and other activation channels.
- Convert warm intros into structured partnerships: sponsorships, endorsed-vendor status, member benefits, co-hosted events, and educational programming.
- Build and maintain partner enablement resources in collaboration with Marketing and Sales.
- Partner with RevOps to track partner-sourced pipeline and revenue, and surface insights on campaign and partner performance.
- Support partner events and conferences through campaign planning, lead management, follow-up, and selective on-site execution.
- Coordinate closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and RevOps to support partner-led deals, campaigns, and integrations.
- Contribute to partner education, training sessions, and incentive programs.
- Represent Avoca with established business owners, with regular travel to events (heavier during event season).
What You'll Bring
- 4-7 years in partnerships, channel, or business development, with a track record of building relationships into signed deals and revenue.
- Experience running a high-volume, repeatable relationship motion across many accounts at once.
- Presence and polish to be taken seriously by partnership organizations and established business owners on day one.

Compensation & Benefits
- Expected base salary: $120,000-$160,000 (final compensation based on experience, skills, and qualifications).
- Total compensation includes base salary, bonus, equity, and benefits.
