Regional Sales Manager responsible for owning enterprise sales strategy, closing new business with enterprise and MSSP clients, and building channel partnerships across the Western US. Requires 5+ years selling cybersecurity solutions with a proven quota-crushing track record.

Responsibilities
- Own and execute the enterprise sales strategy across the Western Region.
- Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities with enterprise and MSSP clients.
- Build and expand partnerships with channel, distributors, and resellers.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, engineering, and product to shape GTM initiatives.
- Exceed your quota—consistently.
Requirements
- 5+ years of outside sales experience in technology (bonus if it includes cybersecurity or SaaS).
- Proven track record of crushing quota and building strong customer relationships.
- 5+ years of experience selling cybersecurity solutions, preferably in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
- A Tech-Forward Mindset, ready to use the latest and greatest that AI has to offer in your daily workflow.
- Understanding of solution-based selling, ideally across SaaS, PaaS, IaaS, or networking.
- Ability to translate technical jargon into compelling business value.
- A growth mindset, startup energy, and a passion for being part of something big.
- Willingness to travel within your region (approx. 40%).

Compensation and Benefits
- Salary for this role will be between $240,000 to $320,000 OTE (on-target earnings) with a 50/50 split including bonus and equity.
