Senior Software Engineer
Build and ship rapid, hypothesis-driven prototypes across consumer products and platforms, using full-stack development, AI-assisted workflows, and LLM APIs. The role requires strong experimentation skills, product judgment, and the ability to balance speed with security, compliance, and reliability.

Responsibilities
- Own experiments end to end: define hypotheses, design rapid tests, build prototypes, ship to users, and determine next steps from data.
- Build functional prototypes for new products and experiences, including consumer surfaces and new platforms.
- Use AI-assisted development, agentic coding workflows, and automation to accelerate prototyping and problem solving.
- Gather evidence through A/B tests, user feedback, and telemetry, prioritizing quantitative signals.
- Collaborate with product owners and cross-functional partners to shape experiments and influence product direction.
- Balance rapid prototyping with sound engineering judgment around security, compliance, and reliability.
- Partner with legal early to address risks.
- Document and share learnings with the broader organization.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience building and shipping software products as an engineer, technical founder, or multidisciplinary builder.
- Comfort with ambiguity and experimentation-driven discovery.
- Strong experience with AI tools, agentic coding workflows, and automation.
- Experience shipping full-stack web applications using NextJS/TypeScript and Django/Python.
- Hands-on experience building product features with LLMs and foundation model APIs.
- Product and design sense, with the ability to quickly create and test functional prototypes.
- Experience defining metrics, running experiments or A/B tests, and making data-driven decisions.
- Sound engineering judgment regarding security, compliance, and reliability.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

- $175,000–$225,000 base salary.
