Accounting Analyst
The Accounting Analyst will prepare journal entries, reconciliations, accruals, and financial analyses while supporting monthly close, treasury processing, SOP maintenance, and process improvements. The role requires a bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, 2+ years of accounting experience, strong English, and Excel proficiency.

Responsibilities
- Record and maintain journal entries (JEs) to ensure general ledger accuracy.
- Collaborate with Operations and Accounts Payable teams to ensure data accuracy and monthly accruals.
- Contribute to monthly close processes by preparing journal entries and reconciliations.
- Update and maintain accounting standard operating procedures (SOPs) for assigned areas, ensuring compliance with evolving business processes and accounting standards.
- Assist with prepaid schedules and maintain the accuracy of assigned balance sheet accounts.
- Assist with lease schedules and support journal entry generation.
- Assist the Treasury team with payment initiation and processing.
- Support variance analysis and provide commentary on P&L movements.
- Identify process improvements that streamline month-end closing and reporting, maximize efficiency and accuracy, and support automation initiatives.
Requirements
- Strong business-level English.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in public accounting, preferably Big Four, and/or in an accounting function with a strong understanding of accounting.
- High attention to detail and problem-solving ability, with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Ability to prioritize and execute deliverables in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
- Willingness to embrace and drive change.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong Excel skills.
