Global Payroll Analyst
Coordinates domestic and international payroll processing, audits, accounting, compliance, vendor management, and employee support across a global workforce. Requires English fluency, strong technical aptitude, and at least two years of international payroll experience with PEO/EOR systems.

Responsibilities
- Execute multi-frequency domestic and international payroll cycles, including compensation inputs, deductions, and employee lifecycle changes.
- Conduct pre- and post-payroll audits, investigate discrepancies, and ensure compliance with applicable tax, labor, and company regulations.
- Support payroll accounting, including month-end close, reconciliations, journal entries, management reporting, and year-end tax activities such as W-2s.
- Operate the payroll help desk and resolve employee payroll inquiries.
- Coordinate with external payroll vendors, PEO/EOR partners, and tax agencies.
- Maintain confidential payroll records using HRIS and AI-enabled tools.
- Adapt processes to legislative changes and improve workflow efficiency and accuracy.
- Lead, train, and guide internal and external partners.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience processing international payroll.
- Experience with multi-frequency domestic and international payroll cycles.
- Working knowledge of PEO/EOR systems.
- Experience with payroll audits, discrepancy resolution, and multi-jurisdictional compliance.
- Experience with payroll accounting, reconciliations, journal entries, reporting, and year-end tax activities.
- Strong problem-solving skills and technical aptitude.
- Ability to learn AI-enabled tools and new systems.
- English fluency.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience preparing, verifying, and auditing payroll records using ADP.
- Understanding of domestic and international payroll law, retirement systems, tax withholding, and benefits, including 401(k), IRC 125, and HSA.
- Enthusiasm for supporting global employees and resolving payroll issues.
