Head of Product

Responsibilities

• Define and own the end-to-end product strategy and roadmap across the member experience, AI-driven wealth management capabilities, and advisor-facing tools.
• Partner with engineering, design, and leadership to translate company strategy into a clear, prioritized product plan.
• Collaborate with financial planners and advisors to ensure product decisions reflect advisory workflows, member needs, and regulatory requirements.
• Drive the roadmap for AI-powered features, including predictive planning, proactive recommendations, and tax optimization, balancing automation with human expertise.
• Define and track key metrics and communicate product strategy and progress to executives, the board, and investors.

Requirements

• 10+ years of product management experience, including leadership at the Head, VP, or Senior Director level.
• Experience building consumer or prosumer products in fintech, wealthtech, or another regulated industry.
• Wealth management or financial planning experience is strongly preferred.
• Experience shipping AI/ML-powered features as a core part of a product.
• Strong judgment balancing automation with human-in-the-loop design in high-trust, high-stakes decisions.
• Proven ability to hire, develop, and lead a product team from the ground up in a startup environment.
