Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies for board electricals aligned with business objectives.
- Manage global supplier relationships, including supplier selection, negotiations, and performance management.

- Ensure supply continuity by proactively managing risks and identifying alternative sourcing opportunities.
- Analyze market and industry trends to develop plans to identify and mitigate supply chain risks.
- Drive cost optimization through should-cost models, benchmarking, and strategic negotiations to achieve competitive pricing.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in sourcing and supply chain management, focused on board electricals for consumer electronics, automotive, or related industries.
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, engineering, business administration, or a related field.
- Demonstrated negotiation skills and proven experience in contract management.
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and drive strategic decisions.
- Experience with global supplier management and cross-functional collaboration.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels and resolve conflicts.

- Demonstrated success driving supplier innovation and achieving significant cost reductions.
