Product Engineer

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end development of new user-facing features, including agentic workflows, real-time collaboration, and zero-to-one prototypes.
  • Optimize the application for speed, scale, and reliability.
  • Interact directly with users to understand their problems and design solutions.
  • Collaborate with engineers, product managers, designers, and other team members to create the product.

Requirements

  • Engineering experience at technology- and product-driven companies.
  • Proficiency with TypeScript, Node.js, React.js, and relational databases such as Postgres.
  • Experience with cloud infrastructure.
  • Willingness to work in person from the London office five days per week.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment with evolving requirements and priorities.
  • Interest in AI/ML; direct experience is not required.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Framer Motion, Tailwind, and Radix.
  • Experience with AWS and Terraform.
  • Startup experience or strong interest in zero-to-one product development.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Salary compensation is slightly above market, with above-market equity.
  • Relocation assistance is available for candidates moving to London.
