Product Engineer
Build end-to-end product features using TypeScript, Node.js, React, and PostgreSQL, while improving application performance and exploring LLM-powered workflows. The role involves direct user interaction, rapid prototyping, and close collaboration in person with a London-based startup team.

Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end development of new user-facing features, including agentic workflows, real-time collaboration, and zero-to-one prototypes.
- Optimize the application for speed, scale, and reliability.
- Interact directly with users to understand their problems and design solutions.
- Collaborate with engineers, product managers, designers, and other team members to create the product.
Requirements
- Engineering experience at technology- and product-driven companies.
- Proficiency with TypeScript, Node.js, React.js, and relational databases such as Postgres.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure.
- Willingness to work in person from the London office five days per week.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment with evolving requirements and priorities.
- Interest in AI/ML; direct experience is not required.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Framer Motion, Tailwind, and Radix.
- Experience with AWS and Terraform.
- Startup experience or strong interest in zero-to-one product development.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary compensation is slightly above market, with above-market equity.
