Hyperscalers & Strategic Neoclouds Lead

Own strategic relationships, sourcing, pricing intelligence, and commercial negotiations across hyperscalers and neocloud providers. The role requires technical fluency in GPU and data-center infrastructure, strong market judgment, and experience managing complex relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain deep, multi-level relationships across hyperscalers and strategic neoclouds, including NVIDIA cloud partners.
  • Maintain consistent engagement with key accounts so the company can move quickly when capacity needs arise.
  • Evaluate compute capacity from GPU hardware through data-center infrastructure, including hardware generation, rack and node configuration, interconnect, power density, and cooling.
  • Track compute pricing by GPU generation, region, and contract term.
  • Partner with the Deals function to negotiate capacity commitments, deposits, payment timing, service-level agreements, remedies, and other commercial terms.
  • Analyze market supply, platform transitions, and regional or policy shifts, converting insights into sourcing and relationship decisions.
  • Mentor and pair with 1–2 junior to mid-level teammates.

Requirements

  • Strategic relationship-building experience with large, complex organizations.
  • Technical fluency with GPUs, racks, and data-center infrastructure.
  • Strong market instincts, including the ability to track pricing, form independent views, and interpret price changes.
  • Commercial judgment with unit economics and contract structures.
  • Strong judgment about escalating relationships to senior leadership.

Nice-to-haves

  • Existing relationships within hyperscalers or major neocloud providers, including NVIDIA cloud partners.
  • NVIDIA or OEM allocation relationships, including allocation management, forecasting, or partner-standing experience with a chip vendor or tier-one OEM.
  • Willingness to travel to evaluate sites and infrastructure in person.
  • Experience in a compute, GPU marketplace, or infrastructure-adjacent relationship or business development role.

Compensation and benefits

  • Salary of $185,000–$260,000 annually, plus meaningful equity.
