Cloud Tech Support Engineer - Co-op
Co-op technical support engineer helping customers and partners integrate cloud storage, validate interoperability, and diagnose defects. Requires a software engineering or networking background, familiarity with AWS S3, Linux and networking protocols, and availability for a hybrid 40-hour schedule.

Responsibilities
- Help enterprise customers integrate their applications with Wasabi.
- Assist partners in deploying Wasabi into customer environments.
- Explore the S3 protocol and how it communicates with Wasabi services.
- Work with sales and development engineers to improve the service.
- Diagnose, research, reproduce, and report defects in collaboration with R&D.
- Test the storage service with third-party storage applications and customer use cases.
- Validate interoperability between Wasabi and third-party software applications using APIs and SDKs.
Requirements
- Background in computer science, telecommunication networks, or software engineering.
- Familiarity with AWS S3 or cloud storage.
- Understanding of Linux and networking protocols, including HTTP, TCP/IP, DNS, and TLS.
- Currently residing in Massachusetts; Boston metro preferred.
- Ability to work 40 hours per week in a hybrid structure.
- Master's degree preferred.
Compensation
- Base pay: $25–$32 per hour.
