Operations Support Associate
Provides 24/7 operational and technical support to radiology clients and clinicians through phone, email, and chat, including imaging workflow troubleshooting and provider communication. Requires healthcare or radiology support experience, strong communication skills, and availability for weekend coverage and weekday training.

Responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients and clinicians.
- Triage and resolve calls, emails, and chats; track issues in the CRM.
- Monitor PACS and clinical applications for SLA compliance.
- Troubleshoot image exceptions, demographic errors, and basic system issues.
- Facilitate provider communications, including critical findings and provider-to-provider calls.
- Support clinicians in using applications and workflows efficiently.
- Contribute to knowledge-base documentation.
- Communicate with team members, escalate issues, and suggest workflow improvements.
- Take ownership of client issues and maintain confidentiality.
- Collaborate with senior staff to deepen radiology workflow and application knowledge.
- Participate in weekly support meetings and ongoing process reviews.
Requirements
- Associate degree and 1 year of radiology support experience, or high school diploma/GED and 3 years of healthcare or radiology support experience.
- Strong communication, multitasking, troubleshooting, organization, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work the full weekend coverage schedule, additional weekday coverage, and a separate two-week weekday training period.
- Reliable Wi-Fi and a quiet home workspace.
Nice-to-haves
- EMR and radiology application experience.
- Medical terminology familiarity.
- CRM or ticketing experience, preferably Salesforce.
- PC or hardware support experience.
Compensation
- $25–$32 per hour, plus differential and benefits.
