Senior / Staff Product Designer - Provider
Senior and Staff Product Designers will own provider-facing experiences across complex healthcare workflows, from discovery through launch and iteration. The roles require strong product craft, systems thinking, measurable experimentation, and fluency with AI-native prototyping; Staff designers additionally lead 0→1 work and mentor the team.

Responsibilities
- Own the provider product experience end to end, from problem framing through launch and iteration.
- Serve as the primary design voice on the team and shape product scope and priorities.
- Prototype and test ideas quickly with Claude Code, Cursor, or another AI tool.
- Design workflows for credentialing, scheduling, clinical documentation, and billing that are fast, reliable, and easy to use.
- Run experiments with clear success metrics, including task completion, error rates, and provider satisfaction.
- Contribute to Helix, the design system, and share AI prompts and patterns with the broader design team.
- At the Staff level, lead 0→1 and at-scale work, design AI-native provider experiences, mentor designers, raise the craft bar, and influence provider roadmap decisions.
Requirements
- Senior: 5+ years of product design experience and a portfolio demonstrating strong craft, structured thinking, and measurable business impact.
- Staff: 8+ years of product design experience and a portfolio demonstrating exceptional craft, systems thinking, and measurable business impact.
- Experience designing B2B or professional tools for expert users who value efficiency and reliability.
- Ability to simplify complex, state-heavy problems into coherent experiences.
- Product strategy instincts and the ability to shape what to build from customer insight.
- Experience running multi-sprint experiments against real metrics.
- Fluency with AI prototyping tools as a core part of the design practice.
- For Staff roles: experience with 0→1 product work, agentic or AI-powered workflows, and mentoring or elevating other designers.
- Motivation to improve access to affordable mental healthcare.
Compensation & Benefits
- Senior expected base pay: $180,000–$225,000.
- Staff expected base pay: $212,000–$265,000.
