Product Manager, Glean Protect

Responsibilities

• Spend significant time with customers to understand their knowledge needs.
• Develop product roadmap priorities aligned with customer needs and product vision.
• Empower the team by providing context, setting direction, and building alignment.
• Drive customer-focused decisions, prioritization, and efficient execution.
• Coordinate cross-functionally with leadership, go-to-market teams, and other stakeholders.
• Build scalable processes to support rapid team and company growth.
• Develop technologies and product features spanning explainable and transparent AI systems, AI risk identification and prevention, and observability, security, and privacy for AI agents and underlying data.

Requirements

• 8+ years of product management experience at SaaS companies.
• Experience serving large enterprises, with responsibilities spanning security, governance, trust, identity, and data integrations.
• Strong technical background with experience in UX and API-driven products, integration paths, and third-party product partnerships.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to take ownership, show initiative, and deliver results.
• Effective collaboration with cross-functional partners.

Compensation & Benefits
