Responsibilities
- Spend significant time with customers to understand their knowledge needs.
- Develop product roadmap priorities aligned with customer needs and product vision.
- Empower the team by providing context, setting direction, and building alignment.
- Drive customer-focused decisions, prioritization, and efficient execution.
- Coordinate cross-functionally with leadership, go-to-market teams, and other stakeholders.
- Build scalable processes to support rapid team and company growth.
- Develop technologies and product features spanning explainable and transparent AI systems, AI risk identification and prevention, and observability, security, and privacy for AI agents and underlying data.
Requirements
- 8+ years of product management experience at SaaS companies.
- Experience serving large enterprises, with responsibilities spanning security, governance, trust, identity, and data integrations.
- Strong technical background with experience in UX and API-driven products, integration paths, and third-party product partnerships.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to take ownership, show initiative, and deliver results.
- Effective collaboration with cross-functional partners.

Compensation & Benefits
