Responsibilities

  • Own product strategy and execution for a meaningful area within Device Management, from customer discovery and technical exploration through launch, adoption, and iteration.
  • Set the roadmap across device management workflows, software, reporting, reliability, and scale.
  • Define how AI, automation, and agents should transform device configuration, management, and troubleshooting.
  • Partner closely with engineering and design on systems, platform dependencies, edge cases, tradeoffs, and intuitive customer experiences.
  • Engage IT administrators, security teams, and employees to identify and prioritize customer problems.
  • Use customer feedback, data, technical context, and business priorities to determine scope and roadmap sequencing.
  • Partner with sales, marketing, support, implementation, and customer success to improve positioning, adoption, and the end-to-end customer experience.
  • Communicate clearly, make decisive product decisions, raise product quality standards, and align cross-functional teams.

Requirements

  • Track record of building complex, technical products.
  • Strong technical depth and curiosity, including the ability to reason with engineers about architecture, platform constraints, edge cases, and tradeoffs.
  • Demonstrated ability to learn unfamiliar domains quickly.
  • Strong product judgment and taste, with experience simplifying complex systems into elegant user experiences.
  • Deep customer empathy and experience building products for real end users.
  • High ownership, strong execution, and comfort operating in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence without authority.
  • Alignment with a leadership culture emphasizing ambitious thinking, constructive challenge, and direct customer learning.
