Responsibilities
- Own the growth strategy and product roadmap for the Benefits Marketplace and PEO.
- Execute product-led growth across benefit categories, geographies, employer profiles, and distribution channels.
- Identify and prioritize new customer segments based on unmet demand, revenue potential, strategic deal opportunities, and product-market fit.
- Improve employer discovery, understanding, comparison, and evaluation of benefits.
- Accelerate PEO top-of-funnel growth through organic, in-product, partner, broker, and sales-led channels.
- Identify underserved customer profiles and market opportunities, then shape positioning, packaging, product entry points, and cross-functional investments.
- Translate strategy into product requirements, prioritized initiatives, channel plans, and measurable top-of-funnel experiments.
- Partner with Engineering, Design, Sales, Marketing, Benefits Advisors, Business Development, and Operations.
- Measure success through qualified demand, funnel conversion, revenue, retention, attach, adoption, and supply growth.
Requirements
- 8+ years of product management experience, including meaningful ownership of growth in B2B products.
- Track record of delivering measurable business outcomes through product and go-to-market levers.
- Strong product judgment and commercial instincts.
- Excellent analytical skills, including funnel definition, business cases, customer segmentation, partner evaluation, and experiment analysis.
- Customer-focused approach and ability to work with employers, employees, brokers, partners, sales teams, and operations.
- Strong technical fluency and systems thinking, including collaboration on data models, integrations, AI-powered workflows, operational tooling, and platform capabilities.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-starter with a bias toward action who can create clarity from ambiguity and move between strategy and execution.
Nice to have
- Experience in benefits, insurance, PEO, payroll, marketplaces, partner ecosystems, or B2B2C products.
- Founder or hypergrowth startup experience.
