Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of the London office.
- Manage office service vendors, including cleaners, porters, maintenance coordinators, and catering staff.
- Coordinate and oversee food and beverage services.
- Support office moves and space-planning initiatives as lead coordinator.
- Manage shipping, receiving, and mail operations.
- Coordinate with the center manager.
- Order memberships and badges for new hires.
- Support implementation of workplace programs and initiatives.
- Track space utilization.
- Prepare purchase orders and goods receipts for additional services.
- Provide event support.
- Coordinate minor repairs.
- Conduct regular inspections of office spaces, premises, hallways, and common areas.
- Help ensure compliance with building and maintenance policies, procedures, codes, regulations, safety systems, and standards.
- Participate in the Emergency Response Team program.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience as an office, workplace, or facilities coordinator.
- Vocational training in office, hotel, or workplace services, or equivalent relevant experience.
- Strong office management and organizational skills.
- Excellent customer service and hospitality skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and presentation tools.
- Adaptability, initiative, attention to detail, and a solution-oriented approach.
