About the role

What you’ll do

  • Develop a sharp content strategy aligned with business goals, working closely with PMM to understand customers, product, and revenue priorities
  • Build high-impact content that inspires GTM operators and helps sales turn interest into revenue
  • Create original research, video series, webinars, podcasts, and defining GTM frameworks
  • Translate complex sales tech concepts and product features into engaging, digestible content
  • Collaborate with Demand Gen, PMM, and Sales to support fast-moving campaigns
  • Scale content production using AI tools (Claude required; AirOps, Tofu, Opus Clip a plus)
  • Track performance metrics and optimize content output continuously
  • Take creative risks and stand out with non-traditional formats

What you bring

  • 8-10 years of content marketing experience, ideally at a B2B SaaS company in the GTM space (strong startup generalists with content expertise also considered)
  • Full-funnel experience from brand-building to conversion-focused assets
  • Deep knowledge of the evolving GTM landscape and ability to create timely, on-trend content
  • Clear, crisp, engaging writing style that simplifies big ideas without jargon
  • Highly creative with proven ability to produce original, thought-provoking, on-brand content across channels
  • AI fluency beyond basic ChatGPT usage; comfortable with Claude and other cutting-edge tools
  • Distribution-first mindset: think about how content spreads from day one, leverage networks and influencers
  • Strong project management and organizational skills for both strategy and execution
  • High agency with ability to execute independently and hold self/others to high standards
