Responsibilities
- Assist in executing operational and strategic initiatives; help set short-term and long-term goals to drive company growth
- Be the operations lead in managing and delivering projects; supervise surrounding business operations activities and assist when needed
- Implement and oversee effective reporting and productivity goals for various teams, ensuring metrics are useful, visible, and streamlined
- Synthesize feedback from functional teams, customers, partners, and other stakeholders to identify challenges as well as optimization opportunities
- Actively look for ways to improve upon existing procedures, systems, and processes
- Act as a generalist in getting anything and everything done to help the company grow
- Maintain awareness of industry best practices for data maintenance handling as it relates to your role
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline
- 1 - 3 years of work experience at a top consulting or banking organization
- Take initiative to direct your own days, identify worthwhile projects, and take actionable steps to accomplish goals
- Energetic, resourceful and driven, and have the ownership to thrive in an unstructured environment
- Hungry to learn and actively look for opportunities to contribute
- Highly organized and detail-oriented; can handle multiple projects and dynamic priorities without missing a beat
