Senior Product Manager

Senior Product Manager owning a self-serve growth loop from acquisition through activation, monetization, expansion, and sales assist. The role requires strong experimentation, funnel analytics, pricing, and cross-functional execution experience.

About the job

Responsibilities

  • Own a growth loop end-to-end, from first impression and signup through activation, monetization, expansion, and sales-assist signals.
  • Define entry points, activation milestones, upgrade triggers, monetization mechanics, and experimentation cadence.
  • Drive experiences across landing pages, signup, onboarding, empty states, upgrade modals, paywalls, and lifecycle communications.
  • Run 8–10 structured experiments per sprint, including hypotheses, success thresholds, and invalidation signals; analyze results and document learnings.
  • Design self-serve product paths, including credit economics, consumption pacing, intelligent gating, lifecycle messaging, and PQL routing.
  • Independently analyze funnels and cohorts, identify leaks, propose fixes, and validate changes with experiments.
  • Model unit economics including credit cost, revenue per credit, upgrade rate, and expansion rate; defend pricing decisions with finance and sales leadership.
  • Partner with sales, marketing, customer success, engineering, design, and analytics on acquisition, lifecycle, PQL routing, activation, and churn.
  • Write retrospectives and update product decisions based on evidence.

Requirements

  • 4–7 years of product management experience, including 2+ years in growth, product-led growth, or self-serve product roles.
  • Experience owning a funnel or growth loop end-to-end in production.
  • Builder mindset with experience shipping landing pages, signup flows, and in-product experiments.
  • Ability to collaborate closely with designers and engineers, write copy, and prototype with code.
  • Fluency with AI and LLM-driven discovery surfaces, including agent-readable flows.
  • Marketing fluency across SEO, paid acquisition, content, and lifecycle marketing.
  • Track record of structured experimentation, including A/B tests, multivariate tests, and holdouts.
  • Strong analytics skills and ability to work independently in Snowflake.
  • Working knowledge of consumption-based pricing, credit economics, freemium mechanics, and PQL frameworks.
  • B2B SaaS experience.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in data, go-to-market, or sales technology domains.

Compensation
