Technical Account Consultant
The Technical Account Consultant advises customers and internal teams on Canadian payroll, Time & Attendance, Time Off, and benefits configurations. The role requires at least three years of relevant SaaS payroll experience, deep Canadian payroll compliance knowledge, and NPI certification.

Responsibilities
- Audit Canadian payroll configurations, including pay schedules, tax settings, and Time & Attendance/Time Off connections; identify errors, inefficiencies, and compliance gaps; and provide remediation recommendations.
- Train customer administrators on Canadian payroll integrations with Time & Attendance and Time Off, and resolve common configuration issues.
- Capture structured feedback on payroll and benefits performance for Product and Engineering, including recurring themes and Canada-specific insights.
- Review Canadian benefits configurations, carrier connections, and eligibility rules for accuracy and compliance.
- Upskill Technical Account Managers and Account Managers on Canadian payroll and benefits.
- Deliver documented findings and next steps for each engagement, including reactive and proactive engagements based on risk or complexity.
- Create reusable training assets covering Canadian payroll best practices, benefits configuration, and internal enablement.
Requirements
- 3+ years of SaaS experience in payroll processes, consulting, implementation, or support.
- Deep knowledge of Canadian payroll, including provincial tax and compliance requirements.
- NPI certification required.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to solve complex, interdependent configuration problems.
- Ability to explain complex payroll and benefits scenarios clearly in writing and verbally.
- Strong prioritization and time-management skills.
- Interest in working with Product and Engineering teams to address Canada-specific product gaps.

- Experience with Canadian benefits administration.

Compensation
- Salary range: $100,000–$118,400 CAD annually.
