Responsibilities
- Define and manage business processes within Workday to meet organizational needs.
- Evaluate and adapt Workday biannual feature releases.
- Evaluate and adapt Workday AI features.
- Oversee advanced compensation processes, including merit cycles, bonus plans, and equity plans.
- Manage position management processes, including job requisitions, position changes, and organizational hierarchies.
- Develop and maintain custom reports for business needs.
- Configure and manage security roles and permissions to ensure data integrity and compliance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement system improvements and enhancements.
- Provide training and support to end users.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience working with Workday, specifically in business process definitions, advanced compensation, position management, reporting, and/or security.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, critical-thinking, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and operate in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to attend meetings in the late evening India Standard Time to collaborate with colleagues in San Francisco.
Nice-to-Haves
- Workday certification in any module.
- Experience with Workday reporting tools and custom report writing.
