EOR Operations Associate/Analyst
This role manages employee onboarding, benefits enrollment, regulatory filings, and operational process improvement for customers. It requires 4+ years of operations experience, strong communication and organizational skills, process-development ability, and availability for an overnight IST schedule.

Responsibilities
- Execute new-employee onboarding tasks, including onboarding verifications, benefits setup, and enrollments for customers.
- Conduct filings and registrations with government agencies on behalf of customers.
- Review, build, and improve operational processes; create a how-to documentation library.
- Review and process inbound communications related to insurance and regulatory tasks.
- Build end-to-end operational processes for customer benefits enrollments.
- Research process requirements for new products and countries.
- Provide feedback on internal systems and processes to improve operations.
- Work with R&D to improve customer onboarding through automation.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in an operational role, such as payroll operations, regulatory operations, or support operations.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with high attention to detail, effective time management, and strong execution.
- Experience with Google Suite or Microsoft Office, especially Docs, Sheets, or Excel, for data analysis and task organization.
- Strong research, process development, structural thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Ownership, proactive attitude, ability to learn quickly, and comfort with ambiguity.
- Ability to work from 7:00 PM–4:00 AM IST.
- Grit, patience, and drive when working with different teams, partners, and government agencies.
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with SFDC, JIRA, or Confluence.
