Responsibilities
- Own partner operations workstreams end to end, including process execution, systems management, reporting, and cross-functional coordination.
- Scope and independently lead moderately complex or ambiguous projects across Partner Sales, Alliances, Finance, IT, Marketing, and Legal.
- Identify workflow bottlenecks and design automated solutions, including dashboards, playbooks, approval workflows, scoring models, and notification systems.
- Define business and technical requirements for Salesforce and Jira enhancements; improve system interoperability and reduce manual overhead.
- Map processes, define success metrics, assess upstream and downstream impacts, and coordinate infrastructure updates supporting automation.
- Own data cleansing, audits, validation, integrity, and governance across partner datasets.
- Build self-service reporting and address escalated data inquiries involving leads, pipeline, partner performance, and specializations.
- Lead project intake, discovery, requirements gathering, and delivery for Partner Operations and go-to-market initiatives.
- Influence senior stakeholders with data-backed recommendations and resolve blockers and dependencies.
- Contribute to hiring, mentor peers and new team members, and support team enablement.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience in operations, business operations, partner operations, or strategy and operations.
- Experience working across at least two functions at an enterprise technology or cloud/SaaS company.
- Proficiency in SQL, reporting, and Salesforce.
- Proficiency with at least two complex systems spanning multiple teams, such as Salesforce, Jira, Databricks SQL, or partner portals.
- Understanding of system integrations, data flows, dependencies, data quality principles, and governance.
- Ability to map and optimize business processes, automate workflows, define metrics, and assess cross-functional trade-offs.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to create senior-level presentations, decision documents, and proposals.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and drive projects to completion.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with PRM, cloud/SaaS, data platforms, or enterprise software.
- Familiarity with partner ecosystem models and go-to-market motions involving SI, ISV, cloud, and technology partners.
- Familiarity with PRM platforms such as WorkSpan and Salesforce for co-sell motions.
- Experience with co-sell and pipeline collaboration.
- Exposure to workflow automation, approval automation, and notification automation.
- Experience with BI and analytics tools such as Databricks SQL, Looker, or Tableau.
- Exposure to Jira, Confluence, or similar project management tools.
- Basic Python or scripting for data manipulation and automation.
