Responsibilities
- Plan and execute projects, ensuring customer experience and delivery against committed scope and budget.
- Navigate complex enterprise organizations and manage ambiguous risks and challenges.
- Maintain project governance with internal and customer stakeholders.
- Manage day-to-day planning and execution, scope, expectations, risks, timelines, and quality.
- Support pre-sales engagements by scoping solutions and defining project scope.
- Improve engagement and project delivery methodologies.
- Lead project meetings, including agendas and outcomes.
- Manage scope, change controls, customer expectations, and timelines.
- Forecast resource needs and revenue, manage stakeholders and risks, and deliver predictable outcomes.
- Control project budgets, margins, resource utilization, and billability.
Requirements
- University degree or relevant work experience.
- 5+ years of experience with enterprise-scale software solutions, large-scale software engineering, or consulting services delivery.
- Leadership experience on complex, transformative projects with responsibility for project teams, schedule, budget, and quality.
- Ability to create plans and priorities for project delivery and customer resources.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, interpersonal, verbal, and written skills.
Nice-to-haves
- Consulting and delivery experience serving banking and securities clients in Taiwan.
- Certification or deep experience with PMI PMBOK or Scrum methodologies.
