The Senior Product Designer will create provider-facing tools that simplify administrative workflows and support clinical decision-making. The role requires 5+ years of product design experience, strong workflow-design skills, Figma mastery, and cross-functional ownership from discovery through delivery.

Responsibilities
- Design tools that help therapists deliver exceptional mental health care.
- Streamline administrative work and build intelligent experiences that support informed clinical decisions.
- Take 0→1 products from concept through execution and evolution.
- Proactively identify opportunities and think strategically about the future of care delivery.
- Leverage AI strategically in close partnership with Product, Engineering, Clinical, and Research teams.
- Own product design from the problem space through feature delivery and iteration.
- Articulate design tradeoffs clearly and document workflow logic for cross-functional alignment.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience in Product Design.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating shipped products.
- Experience designing and optimizing multi-step workflows for productivity tools, operations platforms, or business software.
- Track record of reducing task friction and improving workflow efficiency.
- Experience collaborating with Product, Engineering, Operations, and ideally Compliance or Policy partners.
- Mastery of Figma for end-to-end product design, prototyping, and design-system thinking.
- Strong communication and ownership skills.
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience in high-trust platform domains such as healthcare, fintech, or enterprise systems.
- Experience designing for business or practice management teams with complex workflows.
- Comfort translating ambiguous problems into lightweight, AI-enabled experiences.
- Experience conducting user research with business or practice owners.
- Experience contributing to or building enterprise-grade design systems.
- Familiarity with accessibility requirements for finance or healthcare experiences.
