Responsibilities
- Design net-new, 0→1 enterprise product surfaces across enterprise and multiplayer use cases.
- Design organizational management, seat management, admin controls, permissions, privacy, security, and compliance experiences.
- Create nuanced role-based experiences that adapt to workplace policy and different levels of access and responsibility.
- Apply established UI paradigms to novel AI applications.
- Own work end-to-end, from initial product design through large-scale optimization.
- Work independently and strategically to identify problems and solutions.
- Partner with product, engineering, design, and brand teams.
- Contribute to design processes and help ship improvements frequently.
- Prototype or code design ideas as needed.
Requirements
- 5+ years of industry experience.
- Experience designing enterprise, consumer, or prosumer products.
- Deep knowledge of enterprise software, including organizational and seat management, role-based access, administration, permissions, privacy, security, and compliance.
- Experience designing non-deterministic tools used by large workplace cohorts.
- Strong 0→1 product design and large-scale optimization experience.
- Excellent visual, UI, and interaction design skills.
- Excellent communication skills with team members and users.
- Strong focus on shipping high-quality software.
Nice to Have
- Production coding experience or interest in coding with React or SwiftUI.
