Responsibilities
- Lead product design for Growth across the full funnel, including acquisition, onboarding, activation, conversion, upsells, and retention.
- Design first-run and onboarding experiences that help users reach value quickly.
- Create consumer acquisition and activation surfaces, conversion and upsell flows, paywalls, pricing experiences, and plan comparisons.
- Partner with Growth and Product Marketing on positioning, messaging, landing experiences, and funnel strategy.
- Design and run experiments, using usage data and metrics to guide decisions and measure impact.
- Ship features that balance established UI paradigms with novel applications of AI.
- Design both 0-to-1 products and scalable optimizations.
- Contribute to design processes that support frequent, high-quality shipping.
- Partner with brand design to make growth surfaces effective and memorable.
Requirements
- 5+ years of industry experience.
- Experience designing consumer or prosumer products, with a strong track record in growth design.
- Deep understanding of onboarding, activation, acquisition, conversion, upsells, paywalls, pricing, and retention.
- Data-informed approach with fluency in experimentation, funnels, metrics, and usage analysis.
- Experience partnering with Growth, Product Marketing, and cross-functional teams on messaging and funnel strategy.
- Ability to work across 0-to-1 product design and large-scale optimization.
- Excellent visual, UI, and interaction design skills.
- Excellent communication skills with teammates and users.
- Strong focus on shipping high-quality software.
Nice to Have
- Ability to prototype or code design ideas.
- Experience or interest in coding with React or SwiftUI.
Compensation
- Annual salary: $180,000–$300,000.
