Own day-to-day operations for Offchain’s Nashville office, coordinating vendors, facilities, inventory, equipment, and cross-functional projects. The role requires at least one year of relevant experience, strong organization and communication skills, and full-time in-office attendance.

Responsibilities
- Own ad hoc operational priorities and projects.
- Manage office vendors, facilities needs, shipping and receiving, supplies, technical equipment, and other operational requirements.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Nashville office operations and proactively identify and resolve issues.
- Partner with People, IT, Finance, and Operations teams to support employee and business needs.
- Manage inventory and shipping and receiving for workstations, devices, and technical hardware.
- Drive projects to completion with quality, attention to detail, and urgency.
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in business operations, project management, office management, procurement, or a related field.
- Demonstrated project management ability, including driving cross-functional projects to completion.
- Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for working with senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a practical, execution-focused approach.
- Must be based in Nashville and work from the Nashville office five days per week.
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds.

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.
- PMP certification.
- Experience in a startup, high-growth technology, fintech, or crypto environment.
- Facilities management experience in a technical environment.
