Product Manager, Enterprise Intelligence

Glean is seeking a strategic and execution-oriented Product Manager to define and build the Enterprise Intelligence product area. This role involves shaping how Glean turns enterprise context into proactive, high-value intelligence products, working closely with cross-functional teams, and driving product strategy and roadmap.

About the job

About the Role:

Glean is seeking a highly strategic and execution-oriented Product Manager to help define and build our emerging Enterprise Intelligence product area. This role sits at the intersection of AI, enterprise workflows, analytics, and product strategy. You will help shape how Glean turns its enterprise context layer into proactive, high-value intelligence products that help leaders and teams understand what is changing, where value is being created or lost, and where to act. Glean’s company strategy emphasizes building “the trusted enterprise context and intelligence layer,” including “enterprise intelligence products” that go beyond personal productivity and turn horizontal context into leader- and department-level intelligence.

You will work closely with the Product lead and cross-functional partners across engineering, design, data, go-to-market, and customer-facing teams to identify the right product bets, bring structure to an ambiguous opportunity space, and translate enterprise intelligence concepts into concrete product experiences. We’re currently a very lean product team, so you’ll have an outsized role in shaping both the product roadmap and the product team itself. This role is ideal for someone with 5+ years of experience, a deep industry overview and passion for AI, and the ability to demonstrate granular product implementation skills such as designing specific user interfaces and workflows rather than staying at a high conceptual level.

You will:

  • Help define and drive the product strategy and roadmap for Enterprise Intelligence, translating broad company vision into specific product bets, experiences, and execution plans informed by customer needs and market signals.
  • Spend significant time with customers, prospects, and internal stakeholders to understand high-value enterprise intelligence use cases, especially where organizations need proactive, contextual insights rather than reactive search or chat experiences.
  • Build products that turn Glean’s enterprise context layer, graph, and connected system intelligence into actionable workflows, dashboards, recommendations, and proactive experiences for teams and leaders.
  • Partner deeply with engineering, design, and data teams to turn ambiguous concepts into well-scoped products, with clear user flows, interaction patterns, quality standards, and measurable outcomes.
  • Drive customer-focused prioritization and efficient execution, balancing long-term platform opportunities with urgent user pain points, strategic customer asks, and company priorities.
  • Collaborate closely with go-to-market, solutions, support, and forward-deployed teams to learn from real customer problems and ensure our product strategy reflects enterprise realities, not just internal assumptions.
  • Help establish the product foundations for a new category by identifying what Enterprise Intelligence should look like at Glean across proactive insights, organizational visibility, process understanding, and cross-functional decision support.
  • Bring a high bar for product craft by not only identifying the right opportunities, but also specifying how they should work in practice, including concrete workflows, UI behavior, and adoption paths.

About you:

  • You have 5+ years of experience in product management, with a track record of owning and shipping meaningful product areas in B2B SaaS, enterprise software, AI products, analytics products, or workflow/intelligence platforms.
  • You have a strong product sense for translating complex, ambiguous problems into clear product experiences, and you are comfortable moving between strategy and detailed execution.
  • You have a deep interest in AI and enterprise software, and you are excited by the opportunity to shape products that combine context, workflows, analytics, and proactive intelligence.
  • You have strong technical fluency and are comfortable partnering with engineering and data teams on systems involving structured and unstructured data, knowledge graphs, retrieval, or intelligence layers.
  • You can demonstrate granular product thinking, including how a user should experience a workflow, what the right interaction model is, and how to sequence product capabilities into something customers will actually adopt.
  • You are comfortable operating in highly ambiguous spaces and can create clarity, momentum, and alignment even when the product area is still emerging.
  • You are an excellent written and verbal communicator.
  • You have a proven track record of taking ownership, taking initiative, and delivering results.
  • You collaborate effectively with cross-functional partners.
  • You have a learning and growth mindset.
  • You are mission-first and understand that your success is measured by your product and team’s success.
  • You are an early adopter in building with or adopting AI for your own product craft and you are excited about helping customers accelerate their own AI adoption journey.
