Responsibilities
- Own three to five concurrent cross-functional programs, defining end states, status reporting, dependencies, owners, and completion dates.
- Drive outcomes across Product, Engineering, Legal, Security, Partner Operations, Solutions, and Go-to-Market teams.
- Diagnose cross-functional workflows, quantify current-state costs, and design and implement consolidated or automated replacements.
- Produce analysis supporting program decisions using company data, reporting tools, and AI-assisted analysis.
- Document completed programs, transition them to permanent owners, and establish durable success metrics.
- Prepare and deliver program reviews and status updates to leadership, including recommendations and supporting rationale.
- Provide backup for FP&A, Deal Desk, and Business Operations analytics deliverables.
- Support company-wide operating cadences, including QBRs and leadership offsites.
Requirements
- 4–7 years of post-undergraduate experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, business operations, strategic finance, revenue operations, or chief-of-staff work.
- Strong program management skills, including scoping ambiguous work, sequencing dependencies, and driving accountability across teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, including presenting to leadership.
- Analytical rigor and the ability to independently reach defensible conclusions.
- Familiarity with BI and data warehouse tools and AI-assisted analysis.
- Curiosity, initiative, self-direction, and comfort operating with ambiguity and shifting priorities.
- Demonstrated cross-functional outcome with a measurable result.
- Bachelor's degree required.

- Experience in B2B SaaS, marketplaces, logistics, or another operationally intensive business.
Compensation
- Annual base salary: $152,500–$170,000.
- Variable compensation: $30,000–$35,000.
