Responsibilities
Own the end-to-end product marketing strategy for Open Issuance, Orchestration and FX, including messaging, positioning, ICP definition, sales enablement, and demand generation campaigns.
Drive go-to-market for product expansions (new currencies, corridors, pricing improvements), ensuring GTM teams have the right positioning, playbooks, and enablement content from day one.
Build and maintain competitive positioning in a crowded market, clearly articulating Bridge's differentiation to the right developer and customer segments.
Lead marketing for product releases and launches across your product areas, coordinating with product, comms, content, and demand gen.
Create and maintain sales and marketing assets (case studies, solution pages, pitch decks, one-pagers, enablement and trainings) that drive pipeline conversion.
Act as a liaison between Bridge and Stripe product marketing to bring connectivity across the marketing strategy for both parts of the business.
Flex into other Bridge marketing needs as they arise, supporting the broader team during peak moments.
Who you are / Minimum requirements
5+ years of relevant experience including B2B product marketing, marketing, product management, and management consulting.
Ability to be agile and thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Experience in working in businesses that offer API-based products; fintech and crypto experience is a plus.
Action-oriented and comfortable moving forward without clear guidelines or instructions.
Excellent writing and communication skills with the ability to simplify complex topics for diverse audiences.
Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset for decision-making.
