Regional Sales Director
Leads quota-carrying sales and strategic partner development across the Northeast market, focusing on benefits brokers, consultants, and employers in the 1,000–9,999-life segment. The role requires strong healthcare-related sales experience, presentation skills, and the ability to independently close complex deals.

Responsibilities
- Own revenue responsibility and a quarterly quota for a Northeast territory covering CT, MA, RI, NH, ME, VT, NJ, NY, PA, and DE, serving employers with 1,000–9,999 lives.
- Independently manage complex, cross-functional deals with minimal support.
- Build and grow relationships with benefits brokers, consultants, general agents, and employers.
- Activate new partners and deepen relationships with the highest-producing partners.
- Develop and win strategic Gold Advisor relationships.
- Shape territory strategy with Enterprise, Account Executive, Customer Relations, and peer Regional Director partners.
Requirements
- Experience in a quota-carrying sales or sales-support role.
- Experience working with benefits brokers and consultants.
- Strong presentation and communication skills, including communicating value propositions to external stakeholders.
- Ability and interest in working in a rapidly evolving startup environment.
- Experience using AI tools in professional work.

Compensation and Benefits
- Target total compensation, including base salary and commission: $275,000–$300,000.
- Eligible for an equity incentive plan.
