Requirements
- 2+ years in technical sourcing at a reputable software company
- Previous agency experience in sales, recruiting, sourcing or other related fields
- Ability to build rapport with candidates and employees
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor's degree
